Service Scope
We operate as an assistance and consultancy service for applicants to schedule Gulf medical appointments (GAMCA/WAFID). We are not a medical or diagnostic center and do not perform any medical tests.

Accuracy of User Information
Applicants are required to enter their passport and personal information accurately during the registration process. We shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, delays, or disqualification of the appointment due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.

Issuance of Appointment Slip
After the successful processing of the appointment, the appointment slip will be sent to the applicant. It is the user’s responsibility to report to the assigned medical center on the appointed date and time.

Charges & Payments
Our consultancy fee for booking a GAMCA medical appointment is ₹1500. We prepare the GAMCA slip on behalf of the applicant and may charge $10 plus applicable taxes and service fees. These charges are independent of the medical examination fees collected by the medical center.

Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for the final medical outcome (Fit/Unfit), decisions made by medical authorities, and technical delays from official portals. Our responsibility is limited to facilitating appointment booking only.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notification. Continued use of the website signifies acceptance of the latest version.

Legal Jurisdiction
Any dispute or claim related to the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Village – Tikaiti, Post Office – Binda, District – Gaya, Bihar – 824201, India
