At gamcacentre.co.in, we strive to provide reliable consultancy services for booking medical appointments. Please take a close look at the following refund and cancellation policies.

When a Refund is Applicable
A complete refund (₹1500) will be provided if we fail to print your medical appointment card due to technical issues on our side.

If you decide to cancel your application request prior to the commencement or completion of the registration process, you may be eligible for a refund.

Circumstances Under Which Refunds Are Not Applicable
Once the GAMCA/WAFID appointment card is generated and sent to you, the service fee is non-refundable.

No refund will be provided if the applicant fails to report to the medical center on the scheduled date and time.

Refunds will not be provided if the medical center labels the candidate as “Unfit.” Our services are only limited to appointment booking.

Incorrect Information Provided
If a booking is made using incorrect or inconsistent information provided by the applicant (passport number or name discrepancies), we will not be held responsible. A new booking may be required, and a new payment may be necessary.

Once approved, refunds are generally credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
